2. Real-time Location Information
The Application is a ride-hailing service, and therefore it collects precise, real-time location data from your mobile device, both while the app is in use and when it is running in the background during an active trip. This is a fundamental and necessary function for our service. We use this information for the following purposes:
- Ride Matching: To accurately match you with nearby passengers.
- Navigation & Routing: To provide turn-by-turn directions for both pickup and drop-off points.
- Fare Calculation: To calculate the distance traveled and determine the final fare for a ride.
- Safety & Security: To monitor the real-time location of a vehicle during a trip to ensure the safety of both the driver and the passenger.
- Analytics & Service Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps us analyze traffic patterns, identify high-demand areas, and improve the efficiency of our service.

We use the information we collect from you to:
- Operate and Maintain the Service: To manage your driver account, process ride requests, and facilitate secure communications between you and passengers.
- Process Payments: To securely process payments from passengers and disburse your earnings.

- To Passengers: We share your name, profile picture, vehicle information, and real-time location with passengers to facilitate the ride-hailing service.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and are not permitted to use it for independent purposes.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To do so, please use the data deletion request link provided on our Google Play Store listing. We will take appropriate steps to fulfill your request in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable laws.

We are committed to protecting your information. We employ a variety of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and maintain. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
